How do we do this?

In an initial exploratory meeting, we dialogue and brainstorm together. Then we create a playbook for the session(s). You provide feedback as needed.

Next, we facilitate sessions using our expertise in Deep Democracy, Liberating Structures, Gamestorming, Nonviolent Communication, Applied Improvisation, and cocreation among others.

After each session we inspect and adapt with you. The goal: continuously improve and stay on track.
